THANK YOU BIG JONES

Hi All,

In case you missed our Season Kick-Off Industry Night with Big Jones, here's a recap:

YOU MISSED A FABULOUS TIME!  

Paul Fehribach blew our socks off with a full four-course menu which included housemade pickles (including pickled fiddlehead ferns!), a variation on a caprese salad with housemade cottage cheese and tomatoes as large as my face, crawfish and andouille gumbo accompanied by potato salad, and finished off with a sugar cream pie topped with a delectable berry compote.  

Andy Shay also came with his game face, and provided us with a dangerously delicious Chatham brandy punch.  Here is a beautiful photo of the spread that made us drool so generously:

Our program selection included Wolfgang, Darius, Leos, Paul, and Arvo (our defending champion from the La Sirena Edition).  We are delighted to announce our new defending champion:

Wolfgang will make an appearance to defend his title at our next Industry Night, coming up in SIX days (Tuesday, September 29)!  Green Grocer will be our culinary collaborator, come ready to drink some cider!!
